Deposit: A minimum of 50% deposit is required to secure your reservations.
Balance is payable 21 Days before tour commences.
All prices quoted exclude any financial transaction costs which your bank may charge. These charges are for the traveler's account?

45 Days or more Prior to Tour - Full Refunds minus 5% Processing Fee
44 to 8 Days Prior To Tour - A full Credit Voucher valid for 24 months
7 to 3 Days Days Prior to Tour - 75% Credit voucher valid for 18 months
If you Cancel Less than 3 Days prior to Tour - You forfeit All Monies paid
Flights can only be changed or postponed

Final payments received after due date will be subjected to a R 500 late penalty fee.
If you need to cancel your Tour Commitment please send a confirmation e-mail to
email@example.com We will process your refund options within 1-2 business days. If you are eligible for a refund it will be based on the time frame of your notification and the related loss of total cost listed above. Refunds will be processed within 21 days.
An invoice will be sent to you via e-mail each time you make a payment. Please verify the details on your invoice.
Please check your consulate or embassy for visa requirements for entrance into South Africa and all other countries included on tour. All travelers will be personally responsible for ensuring that they are in the possession of and have complied with the correct travel documentation, including passports valid for the minimum period after the tour required by law in each country the traveler will visit. Failure to obtain all valid travel documents shall not entitle the traveler to a refund.
please check with your consulate or health practitioner for requirements and recommendation. There are a lot of countries that does not require shots to enter South Africa.
Balanta Imagine do not provide travel insurance. All travellers are solely responsible to take out comprehensive travel insurance and to familiarise themselves with any exceptions and conditions as may be imposed by the insurer or underwriters issuing the policy.
Balanta Imagine shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense of any nature whatsoever suffered by the traveler arising from:
* The loss of or any damage to any property
* The cancellation or curtailment of any tour
* Sickness, quarantine, weather conditions of any nature
