Kruger Park Safari, Walvis Bay Safari, & Etosha Safari
Namibia a land of CONTRAST, from sands, pans, land, plains and red dunes that stretch along the beautiful coastline, where the OCEAN MEETS THE DESERT.
It is situated on the southwestern coast of Africa, bordering Angola and Zambia in the north, South Africa in the south and Botswana in the east.
Etosha is Namibia’s prime wildlife location and home to a large variety of mammals and birds. The park was first established in 1907, the total area of the park came to a staggering 100,000km², making it comfortably the largest game reserve in the world. Subsequent political issues over land saw the park reduced to approximately a quarter of its original size at 22,000km². Nevertheless, Etosha remains amongst Africa’s favourite game reserves, and what it may have lost in size it more than makes up for in scenery.
Walvis Bay is one of the best places in the world to see flamingos. Deep sea port on the Namibian coast, Walvis Bay Lagoon is a resting stop for nearly 80 percent of Africa’s flamingos - a must see sight. It is also home to some spectacular opportunities for whale watching –these gentle giants have been known to swim right up to the boats
